In this episode we discuss the value of your individual voice in communication, whether it be written or spoken.
So much corporate communication from CEOs and business leaders has become homogenised; it could have been written by anyone (it probably has) and when you are constantly getting the same spiel over and over you start discounting what's being said.
We also look at what being 'on message' is really about and how to be an effective communicator. There is nothing worse than business leaders sounding alike, saying the same things and using the same nuances and turns of phrase.
